Iklan produk shampoo rambut “SUNSILK” merupakan salah satu iklan produk. khalayak sasaran yang terdapat dalam iklan produk SUNSILK adalah terdiri daripada golongan wanita yang berumur 15-35, yang masih belajar dan yang bekerja. Mereka ini, adalah golongan yang ingin bergaya dengan mempunyai rambut yang lurus.

Air Asia merupakan syarikat perkhidmatan penerbangan, ia mempunyai khalayak sasaran yang terdiri daripada golongan yang bekerja, dan juga golongan yang suka melancung.

  • Viral marketing

is refer to marketing techniques that use preexisting social networks to produce increases in brand awareness or to achieve other marketing objectives (such as product sales) through self-replicating viral processes, analogous to the spread of pathological and computer viruses. It can be word-of-mouth delivered or enhanced by the network effects of the Internet. Viral marketing is a marketing phenomenon that facilitates and encourages people to pass along a marketing message voluntarily. Viral promotions may take the form of video clips, interactive Flash games, advergames, ebooks, brandable software, images, or even text messages.

  • Buzz marketing

is a viral marketing technique that attempts to make each encounter with a consumer appear to be a unique, spontaneous personal exchange of information instead of a calculated marketing pitch choreographed by a professional advertiser.

  • Buzztracker

is tracking and mapping of events from thousands of global news sources.

  • Contentcasting

is set to be the new standard, enabled by RSS and a growing number of online users that are finding the only way to keep up with all the news and information they care about is to subscribe to feeds and access it that way. Contentcasting will relate to videoblogs, audio podcasts, and frequently updated content in any area of the site - from a blog to a newsroom.
